Originally released as a tour-only CD-R limited to 60 copies in 2014, Black Leather and Stainless Steel has been remixed, tweaked and mastered for an updated digital release in 2019. I don't consider this an album, it's more a collection of songs and styles that I was working on around the time of my west coast tour in the spring of 2014. A few of the tracks were written for compilations that never materialized as well as two covers, one from John Carpenter's "The Fog" score and the theme to Lamberto Bava's "First Blood" inspired "Blastfighter" written by Fabio Frizzi.

Recorded with all hardware gear (based on my hazy memory): Oberheim Matrix 1000, Dave Smith Mopho, E-MU Proteus II, E-MU Pro/Cussion, Yamaha TX81z, Korg DW-8000, Waldorf Blofeld, Roland TR-505, Novation Drum Station II, Yamaha SU-10, Roland Alpha Juno, Alesis Midiverb II.
